You’re thinking of the incorrect colloquial usage of the word (asocial would be a more precise word for what you described). ‘Antisocial Personality Disorder’ is as stated in the chapter; a lack of empathy, and it is well defined in the DSM. It doesn’t necessarily make you a criminal or give you criminal tendencies, but I imagine it would be a terrible disorder to have.

Well, I personally either close my eyes or look away when I’m talking to (or am near) a woman, because if I’m not paying attention, my hormones make my eyes drift to impolite places without my conscious will.
