"Chang'an University doesn't have many strong monster trainers, and the monster trainer environment isn't great. After all, Chang'an is too dull. I personally think that if you want to develop nicely, you need to interact with other strong peers. Of course, this is just my personal opinion. The University of Nanking, University of Yuzhou, and Southern University are quite decent. There are lots of young and strong monster trainers there."
