i imagine as his cultivation goes up and he gets more lifespan his outward appearance will revert to what he looked like in his prime

it's called planning to make him hokage not saying he at this moment is qualified to be hokage, at this point in time he isn't training genin yet etc his father probably was planning to make him potentially be hokage with said info in this chapter in case any of the sennin didn't come back or want to be hokage etc but alas these are just theories and didn't come to pass.

i'm going to say this i could be wrong but if i remember right the more chakra you have the harder it is to control and if you lack control of chakra then you may not to be able to use it as much etc etc like out of sakura, sasuke and naruto when it comes to training control of there chakra naruto was the worst and sakura was the best, but she had the lowest amount of chakra. With this in mind you can say that if you can't really control your chakra then when using jutsu it may not work as intended or may not even work at all. so in this case you can say that naruto is refining his control over his chakra but doing so is taxing on his physical and spiritual energy and to replenish that he needs to rest and eat etc etc etc

Yep Don't recall if it's Canon or not but I can easily imagine danzo delaying reinforcements to the land of whirlpools so there would be no more uzamakies left and to seize there clan ninjutsu etc hell like others say the third hokages tolerance for donzo is prob the reason for most tragic issues in naruto and if you removed him from the equation then the world would be more at peace

i will say it's like a triple seal so far 1st seal is the seal all captains get that lowers there spirit pressure by about 80-90%. The Second Seal is his blind fold and these 2 combined leaves him with like 1/3rd of his spirit energy and the third seal would be the eye patch zaraki kenpachi used to lower his spirit energy.

He means to say that without a underground shelter your just screwed and with 1 you got to hope the impact zone is not around you so the after shocks of the meteors impact doesn't destroy your underground shelter

author already forgotten that in chapter 1 constitution growth was a common entry and in chapter 2 he choose it again after but they hid its rarity and now in chapter 3 the perk its worth the wait that allows his next strengthening to be allowed to be chosen from all previously common entries chosen and yet the only entries shown was the stupid memory entry. Also lack of explaining on rules such as your character losing all entries besides the memory ones on death. on a side note them showing bone root and spirit root makes this look like it's going to go from modern day game world etc to xinxia real fast otherwise like other books they would have brackets for like bloodline/ superpower etc etc etc
