For one piece have king's haki is the prove of having strength so smoker should have it....if not than all strong people in new world will look down on smoker.... and smoker want to change the marines force....if he doesn't have king's haki then how will we know he have the willpower to change the marines....

this is one of the best stories I have read....but MC story in past is so long and there are less main characters of original Naruto series and it doesn't feels like Naruto world, but a new stoty....you should focus on main story line because we all now what going happen but put some major twist in the story ( like teaching Naruto the truth how the world work )....in all the chapters only the name of village are known but most of the main characters are unknown....fan-fiction is all about where you twist the main story line to make MC standout but in this story there is no main characters just the story about how MC make a kingdom.... and the update is also very slow....and most of the time chapters ends with cliffhanger....
