Get one of your companions to unlock that class and change you into a village chief.

There should be a hunter/ranger class to unlock too.

Try mapping the dungeon, and possibly unlocking a cartographer job?

I thought Medium Strength upgrade was known only because the amount of hits to kill a demon decreased, so it was measurable.

The peel works better for scenting a bath.

Maid Class

Wasn't there other jobs that required villager at a higher level? Anyways, I would aim to unlock as many system rewards with the lowest ranked jobs while waiting to assemble my full team. Getting villager, thief, farmer up to lvl 25-50 wouldn't take too much time.

Why not wait a while... your not in any hurry... Get the low rank jobs to lvl 25 or 50 to unlock a few more gachas like constitution up, and equip another class with high constitution at lvl 50... then go kill a lvl 1 Needle.

Don't forget to heal yourself with Durandel first... and unlock monk.
