No. It doesn’t make sense to add characters that have the same name as the characters related to the character you wanted their power, from. You might as well have just made your protagonist the real Luffy if you’re going with that route Just make them original characters
(Author's note: I have a question. I was planning on Adding Garp, Dragon and maybe Ace and Zoro into this fic. I will have to change the last few chapters a bit, saying he wasn't an orphan but ran away from home for some reason. What do you guys think? Since he’s a proud Ravenclaw, he should get an actual eagle to be his letters delivery guy. But he should definitely get himself a Phoenix cz having a phoenix as a companion would be so cool just because he can! Who wouldn't want a phoenix?

I don't know about that. Tony Stark literally managed to find a way to time travel. Not sure if you could use your brain to do that without the help of Zarathos

I have to agree. I find that Haley has a more interesting character and character development compared to Alex who I find as a normal character where the only interesting thing I find about her is her intelligence

Is this the Phoenix Force? I'm not as knowledgeable on superhero comic books unlike the hardcore fans are but the only otherworldy being that have fire-related powers I could think of is the Phoenix Force

Where? I mostly see Alex as the love interest. So far, i’ve only seen two fanfics that makes Haley the love interest; One of them is just harem fanfic so this doesn't really count and the other fanfic has been long abandoned
