From objective view your chess piece move like story is great and greatly executed. But from personal view, I dont like this conspiracy and intrigue cuz this will eat your (author) brain capacity so the advanture story with MC point of view will be reduced its portion.

Critic and sugestion : i myself as reader more liked if the background of the story is hazy and make us guess the back ground our self. This will make us have sense of achivment and make us being tied to the story more. And personaly i dont liked other POV than MC. And dont liked the intrigue/hiden plot being explained (except if it has surfaced and affect the MC directly or MC make realization of the plot himself) Hope my feed back can be some sort of help to you. Plot explained: The system is actualy the ramnant soul of the inate sun god. After being robed his divinity in his last breath he make the system as last life line . But his consciousness is shatered already so the system just operate by instinc and chose MC as host. All because he know the acquired sun god regol working with godess of fate so he chose someone outside of fate, which is MC who from another world. (Just my opinion and fan fiction.)

He send his underling to make trouble and make a move without proper preparation just think his underling can solve them. Its Gang Leader like choice. Imho this plot is needed for MC character development. Great
