yes, the grab is - what happened to him that led to this... The point is to make readers invested in the character and want to know more which will probably be explained by flashbacks/his sister. Haven't read that far yet so idk that much

ah yes, the simple question which is answered by the fact that the incident happened. But guess people who don't want to read will keep finding simple, minute faults that might not even exist to just complain...

or to show that the family is very rich... 🙄
