Couldn't just Jake take all the members of his clan to Purgatory during the rollercoaster, so they don't split ??

There is no mention how he hunts while unarmed. I don't think that he outruns them. So traps maybe? And how he eats the meals? Raw? Can't he sell some to get money?

One of my favourite novels. Its very well written. The world background is very rich and I love the funny moments and imaginative adventures of the mc. The level up system is also defined and i find no inconsistencies however.
