My comment is not about the Speed of Lin Fan, but the speed of top sprinters, who run 100m in under 10 seconds. Meaning they are at least 30% faster than 25km/h

Birds dont actually have hollow bones because of the weight. There are Brids that can easily carry their own weight as extra and still fly. Bird bones are hollow to store more oxygen so that their muscles can work in higher intensity.
