I mean, even nowadays with all the information in the world at your fingertips, a lot of people are still ignorant of their own neighboring country. How many of you know African countries and what is happening there in the past 10 years? That continent is filled with 54 countries each with its own politic, geography, culture, etc. Some are quite advance while others are still growing. True that we can access information at our fingertips, but how many actually bother? Most people spend their time either consuming memes or on their own circle on social media. In that case, it is no different from before the internet.

Many of them didn't even know how many countries there were in the world. They had no idea about what sort of place all these messy non-Federation countries were.

My guess would be that they are using the power of the underground to dug it out with the outside world, weakening both sides while they reap the benefit in the future.

But I knew that things weren't that simple. According to the 'history' in the game walkthrough, there was a third party interfering at the back of the Beastman Sovereign and Black Mage… The figureheads behind the Black Mage were the cunning Devils and behind the Beastmen stood the chaotic and bloodthirsty Demons. Both of them intended to use their proxy as way to interfere and cause both of them to fall out. This was also the only way for the formation of the strong alliance army to fail.

I read it four times and I still forget that he is the only one in the dark about Annie lmao

"Lord… Don't tell me that you have only just been informed of it. Since half a month ago, the entire city had already been aware of it. I thought you were gathering us to prepare to usurp authority."

More or less, no matter the governing system, be it democracy or feaudalism, in the end, it was run by humans, imperfect in nature. Corruption and nepotism were common so distrust in government by the people has always existed since the dawn of time which then either used by people to fool other for profit or just people finding patterns in coincident or something completely unrelated and make something out of nothing aka conspiracy theory Illuminati is stupid, anyone that could take some times to think would know it is absurd but you can't really blame them for believing such conspiracy when often time reality is worse than fiction

I can't help but feel relieved that our judicial team had decided to put on mask and gave up on their individuality, otherwise I really wouldn't know how to face these two comrades of mine from the Gentlemen Alliance and the endless despise from the citizens.

Andy for example, would be called An/Ann sometimes, I also have friend called Andik, and Anung (Hanung) goes with An too for short

"Ann is, after all, just a nickname. Furthermore, it could be used for both sexes. Margaret helped me come up with it. Actually, I've always thought that Annie Han had a nice ring to it but somehow she ended up with Margaret's surname."

The point is that people are putting "nature" or "natural" on a pedestal forgetting how savage, "immoral", cruel and even harmful for life The point is not whether action A (be it rape or homosexual) is moral or not, the point is that it is commonly seen in nature aka natural. The elf here (as well as a lot of human in real life) often use the word "nature/natural" as good, so anything good = natural, anything natural = good which is just plain wrong. Anyway just some friendly reminder, jumping into conclusions, assuming other people thought and intention / putting words into other mouth / strawman fallacy is a bad habit

In the eyes of the elves who respected nature, Hunter Beifeng's behavior should have warranted his death a few thousand times, but in the court, he could not compromise his professionalism as a lawyer for his personal gains.
