I understand. I never watched past this duel in Arc-V because of how badly done it was. The duel needed to be added though for characters

    Fortune cup.

With 5DS coming up, I will be covering "Yusei Fudo vs Akiza Izinski." It is looking to be another one-chapter duel as I've been covering more content in single chapters as the series continues. This is not really me being lazy but more of an effort to avoid using several chapters to describe a duel that can be watched on YouTube or through the original source. If it wasn't required for me to cover the play-by-play, I would be able to speed up the pace by a great amount. As it is, I will describe the duel as well as I should while trying to catch anything that will make the reading experience much more enjoyable. When I am finished, I will try and do a follow-up "Not a chapter" update hoping to cover the details of the "present-day" villains and why the story during the second cycle of duels was much more demanding on me.

This duel made the list as a tribute to one of my favorite Yugi-tubers. It also served as a duel with the meaning of someone with a death sentence trying to make their life shine its brightest before it happens.

[AN: There was a near minute left setting up Yubel-Jesse Vs Jaden but I felt there was no need to show that. Let me know in the comments if you felt this was a good decision.]

Starting with the 5th generation (I believe) the rules of the game eliminated the first-turn draw since they believed the starting player had enough of an advantage that drawing seemed a little too favorable for them.

"Best of luck," Atem said as he began his first draw. Some of the later-generation viewers from the myriad worlds gasped as their worlds had eliminated the ability to draw on the first turn on account of how powerful the first turn was but the DM world was different as they still played with this rule.

Reminds you of the previous 1v3 taking down the rookies...

For a moment, Pan Lin was at a loss. Who would have thought that Li Yibo would pick it up: "What a pity. Ye Xiu was still able to catch him. Qiu Fei's usage of these two skills was very successful. Against another opponent, he might have been able to turn the situation around. Unfortunately, his opponent is Ye Xiu. Experience helped Ye Xiu accurately catch his opponent in this situation, but we can see that the situation has at least changed. Ye Xiu was forced to stop using Vanishing Step and false combos. After Qiu Fei created this effect, Ye Xiu couldn't continue his previous combo, which was why he used Circle Swing to pull Combat Form back.

Yet the greatest surprise is mr. no cleric over here...

This was Team Jade Dynasty's true power. Just wait and see, Happy. Xiao Jie shot a glance at Happy. An arrogant and proud smile once again appeared on his face.

Zhang Yiwei glanced at Ye Xiu on Happy's side. This guy still had the same smile on his face as before.

To be fair, heavenly domain silver equipment on 3 max level characters

The faceslappers who realized this were elated. There was no way anything would go wrong here. They could finally openly mock Happy now, right?

Yay, confirmation that the boy made it

In her mind, she couldn’t possibly win. The opponent was a pro player, the character was the ace of a pro team! As for her? Even with the Heavenly Domain challenge she had help from Tang Rou to pass. From this angle, she wasn’t even as good as Concealed Light! Concealed Light had at least completed the Heavenly Domain Challenge on his own!

While I agree that she has a good heart, she is inferior on a technical and monetary aspect to the other characters we met and with the low-self esteem this is building for her it is hard to remember the confidant woman we first met

Ye Xiu actually pushed her into the line-up; he had never discussed this with her beforehand.

Dude, he began in Season 1! Everyone at the time must’ve been nervous

"Mm... That was because everybody’s human, so I reckon my opponents were more nervous than me." Ye Xiu said.

Noticed a method here. Feel free to correct me but if bought out, the method can then be used on new characters to be saved in cases of promising new members. When they start and their character seems godly, fans would get riled up and watch more shows which equals a return of more money. Basically, a money printer

“......” The manager was starting to panic. He was very annoyed at Ye Xiu’s pressure and needed to dispute a bit more: “Each team has their own situation. They might have cleared all the tasks for their characters in the team, so if you take that to them, it might not be worth a penny at all!”
