I found the chapter where Yuan mentions living in the orphanage (chapter 270) but I couldn't find anything about anyone else from that orphanage. Yuan was adopted by the Yu family at age 3, so it's unlikely lady Chu was the one who placed the video on the internet since her age appears to be similar to Yuan's. Also, lady Chu mentions searching for a decade, while the Yu family adopted Yuan 15 years ago. Therefore I don't think lady Chu has any relation to the orphanage. In theory lady Chu could have been in contact with Yuan from the orphanage until 5 years later, but then there would be no reason for lady Chu's search to take a whole decade.
