not really. From watching him constantly get beaten by girls it shows he is stubborn and will keep peeking at girls. Loyalty could be seen at how he didn't abandon or sold out his friends when caught. And hard working because of how he keeps finding ways to peek at girls

no it does not how can you restrict a tactical magician if they don't have seals to prevent them from using magic. And from the perspective of the royal family who would you want to be happy a none important family or your tactical nuke? there's a threat of treason but in the end the royal family lost their tactical magician would it be worth it?

tbh it should be doable since he came to naruto world since the adamantine chain of the Uzumaki clan I think uses the same concept as enkidu using their own energy against them all he has to do is recreate it then tweak it to use the targets divine energy instead of chakra

i know you want to build the OC world but come on what you are writing is getting repetitive describing the same thing only about tactical magic and swordsmanship it's getting BORING AND ANNOYING to read. Pace has gone agonizingly slow since returning to his world there's no build up for the next volume no excitement or tease for future plots didn't even build up much for those assassins only mentioned and ambushed investigation gained nothing they are not even good since it's mentioned they never able to kill a tactical class mage only those with potential so they are more of annoyance than a problem

Interestingly, to destroy a village or an army with a single magic attack was considered tactical-class magic in this world.
