Honestly, it's full of holes and im dreading and hoping for how will you solve them. Example about odin in dxd vs odin of mcu, both have different personality and outlook, not to mention history to both thor and loki which both also different individual, my suggestion, make them seperate, make one a god on earth and the other one more like alien that lives in other planet

Katanas are primarily decoration and sign of authority for samurais, it rarely drawn and when it does, its a last chance situation because katanas are piercing weapon, not for slashing also its main body are brittle against western armour and weapon, if its enchanted with magic for durability n sharpness then its a different discussion

That also correspond to pirate's bounty, since not all high bounty pirate are strong, some got high bounty for their behavior which include major portion of the mob, utilities such as robin, or even plain connection such as sanji to certain extend. Well high end pirate are quite different though so you will get easier way to classify them

Esdeath is an antagonist but not a villain, she is a survivor, her idea of survival of the fitest is the direct evidence of it. A villain by definition is someone with evil intent meaning a villain is a criminal, esdeath while is a sadist does not do it for evil intent, she does it because of her opinion and moral that`s ingrained through out her childhood that weakling does not have opinion thus can only obey the winner and strong. She as a character is the rival of night raid, because her opinion and moral clash with them severely, it can be looked through her conversation with tatsumi.

The idea of this ff is fun, thus there will be the need of extreme pacing. Faster developement is great for the reader but not to the writer and vice versa, thus you need to balance it, how to do it?, character developement is a choice, another are romance, pov are among the choice. akikan40 is a writer that delves into this type of genre, so you can read his work for reference.
