Since he has to use his hands I guess Silver Moon could beat him in attack speed? Either that or her creating elements means she can fire a barrage of attacks from multiple directions which his hands couldn't follow. I imagine the official dueling format has earned him a somewhat exaggerated position by eliminating two of his most glaring weaknesses, numbers and surprise attacks.

He didn't have one when he killed prophet(as far as I know) He was crying to himself about killing prophet at one of his places near a dozen(or was it dozens?) phones. Prophet would need need the government to let him use the memory uploading tech and create the AI. Look at MEGAN, there is no way a Prophet AI would actually have his personality or be uncontrolled yet it asked about government misdeeds.

It is not very clear but I think he meant the more general definition of strength. That said power or capabilities would be a better substitute for 'strength' in this context.
