As of chapter 7, it seems interesting enough that I will continue reading. although I'm not sure how the author will continue it but im interested in finding out. I feel like the pace has been eey fast-paced so far, which isn't necessarily bad, but I feel like spending more time with some of the future main side characters in their youth would have been nice, or showing a small part of the development of humans and demons would have been nice too.
I really do like this novel, but there has not been much character development for the mc, and we still have not gotten much information about how the system actually works. The MC is a rather generic cold-hearted person with no real personality. The traps and people he punished are well thought through, and while some traps are taken from movies/books, its not a big deal to me. on the other hand, the police side of the story is very well written.
It's quite a long novel so far, but the chapters are relatively short. The characters are all likable as well. My only gripe is some characters are only there for a story arc, then disappear. Such as the City Mayor after the beast horde.
Really gory, but such a good read so far. it has a similar premise to something like SAW, but from the trap maker's perspective. The atmosphere is very well done, and all of the characters introduced so far (Both victims and other characters) are written very well.
while there has not been many chapters released yet, I love the direction of the story and the characters to far. its a rather unique story idea, one I've always enjoyed reading. can't wait for more
