why not feed the temporal energies from the time slip to the realm as it happens for not only him self but the plants and stuff as well thus granting the realm its required time laws as well as solving the time slip issue of course he would still need to figure out how to displace the time slip affect from them to the realm
In fact doing so was probably more difficult than creating a whole new realm once again. The thing about realm creation from what Nick could see was that you don't need much mastery over the fundamental forces of one such as time and space. Rather you actually only need a tiny amount of each of these forces power to be combined correctly in order to create an incomplete realm like what Nick currently had. From there it is merely a matter of adding more and more of these forces power to the realm to expand it and complete it into a full world.- - Wonder_whats_here3mthCommented

Although I like this version I have seen you make great progress as a writer as you did this one and as such I also saw you hitting more blocks as it went that in my opinion was do to how fast your writing level increased conflicting with your old level where for your old level of skill this story was great as an overpowered story but back then you where not trying for an overpowered story and as your skill level increased you subconsciously realized this and in trying to correct this away from an overpowered story it caused your new skill level to come into conflict with your old level thus causing the blocks there are two ways I see of solving this the first way is to do a rewrite with your new skill level the second is two stop trying to correct and instead make this an overpowered story and use your new skill level to make this an overpowered slice of life story since that it what categories it fits best with as well as a bit of romance and my own suggestion is to do both starting with the second option so as to wait till the rate at which your writing skill level increases slows down to avoid it happening a second time when you do the rewrite and once it dose slow down and stabilizes a bit then do the rewrite with you new improved skill level fallowing your original concept that might even rejuvenate your inspiration and once again allow you to improve in your skill further but a a more reasonable pace that will avoid this happening but also avoid you possibly having your skill level stagnating to much like some authors who lose sight of there original drive that made them good or even great authors to begin with.

and technically he did not create the genre it was already the he just re brought it to focus since I have as stated in my other comment found said type of genre from other cultures that date back more then a hundred years before he was even born
