I tried to read this due to its high ranking, but the terrible writing made it impossible. I checked the last free available chapter (around 40) and the writing quality was just as bad there. I'm not very demanding when it comes to grammar, but I think the author should at least take one or two minutes to learn some basic rules of writing, especially when it comes to quotations and punctuation in dialogues. That mess alone made this completely unreadable to me.

Just check chapter 70 for example. Pretty much every other dialogue start with a space after the quotation mark and the sentence. Many also end without a space between the second quotation mark and the next sentence outside of the dialogue.
