The technical answer is that, probably, a lot of people would although there is no statistic I know of that describes this particular circunstance. Because Banks are a very big piece of the infrastructure that supports most systems and they are mostly profit based. Governments have their own banks but they still don't do all the work because it isn't easy. if it turns out that the return for an investment in a bank suddenly ceases to exist then people will actively retrieve their money to place them somewhere else that would benefit them more in a snowball effect that can have consequences even internationally. It is a very complicated issue to tackle.
Answering seriously. I think not. Widows are trained spies which means they are probably smart enough to understand and see the world for what it is. The journey back to Camelot by the widows was largely obscured and is, in some ways unrealistic not because of how easily the widows accepted The offer, it was a good offer and they didn't have much to lose, but because it was too quick, if they tried simply running without worrying about being detected then it is maybe justifiable to travel between multiple countries within one or two days but doing so without being detected by super spy organizations is supposed to be hard and they had a lot of children with them. instead it almost comes off as if the red room is only reacting to the widows rebellion after they got to Camelot. however I think giving up the extra details of a potentially boring travel (if nothing outside of the expected happened on the way back) to keep the pacing of the story is Worth it. I am much more interested in the development of the relationship between Camelot and the rest of the world than on the black widows and I would bet many readers would agree. To create that Extra content with the widows and have it be interesting enough to be worth it you'd have to be an exceptional writer or else there would be a lot of people getting bored of the story. Another interesting point of logic to be argued is why the widows and not any other necessitated group of people. the offer Artoria made was too generous. because I can think of at least 5 different reasons to not rush to the help of every victim of injustice, from logistics, politics, lack of specific knowledge and to prioritize the right means over the quicker results (the difference between winning an election or rulling after waging a war) and yet the widows were saved? I feel it would have been more reasonable if Artoria had requested at least a few of the widows to work as spies for Camelot ( since her precognition is limited and her advantage of information should by all means partially vanish in smoke after this much chaos happened). In this scenario i envisioned Yelena offering her own loyal service under the condition that widows who wanted to live a completely normal life could do so, maybe a few would be inspired by her example and act on Camelot's behalf while the others would get their peaceful lives, it would bring attention to the position and self sacrificing nature of the character you introduced without sacrificing much. the children should always receive Camelot's help in this scenario. This would create an opportunity for an arc where the widows acting as spies try to use Camelot to destroy the Red room by being biased and finding information against the red room with bigger priority. pointing the super cannon that is Camelot and their super knights(from their perspective) towards their target of revenge would humanize them and move some sort of plot forward potentially creating an opportunity for a show of power from Camelot that doesn't require them to destroy a legitimate country's Army which is comprised of mostly inocent people. multiple front conflicts also bring an opportunity to develop each knight of the round table as a character by having them play the temporary main character just like what you did during the invasion to the Red room secret base. i think the right way to move this story forward is to take it slow, at the current pace you will run out of content for 2008 and be forced to time skip. Artoria should take a bit of a back seat to her knights and return when the hype has built up enough to be worth her attention but for that to happen the knights have to be unleashed upon the world somehow *this is just my opinion*
So his deck is just a huge BRICK
For some reason i feel like everyone is writing invisible when they should be writing...
