Since you can return your chakra to a previously pathed tenketsu, your first choice would be 1 out of 361, then every following choice would be 1 of 360. Only there is no limit to how many choices you can make for a single jutsu, exept for time/chakra constraints.
To this day, 12 Handsigns have been found, while there are 361 Tenketsu Points in the body. In theory, there should be at least 361^361 possible effects. not quite as you can't repeat a tenketsu, though you could alternate two of them. so it would be 360^360×361
