What's the point of these constitutions if it can be fooled so simply by a contract marriage. Like, why not just fool it even more and have a so called pagan marriage where you basically just go out in the forest and say a few fake promises or something. Since it's magical it should require a magical wedding, imo.

Hmm... Isn't there a philosopher who said something like: it's how you are at the worst time that defines your character. So basically if you're down and out and still good, you're a good person but if you're not then you're a bad person even if you're good when you're rich and up. :/
