He is never shouting peace tho is he? If you have watched any Naruto you would see that Naruto is a deployment. He is always trying to convince the other party to join him not shout at them constantly about peace. Also you're under the belief that greed is a trait that makes someone human but you're overlooking the fact that humans are the only known race that has the concept of fairness and honor.
