Let's say that a guy is extremely smart. He's also studying hard, so he can get into a famous university with a full scholarship sponsor, but after graduation, he needs to work for the sponsor. However, he ran, as soon as he graduated. Maybe the reason is the contract is so unjust, he may be just greedy, or he simply has unfinished business elsewhere and can't complete the promise, no. HE JUST WANT A FREEDOM. THE SCHOLARSHIP IS NOT FREE, UNIVERSITY IS NOT FREE, HE WORKED HARD TO EARN THEM. This is a very good reason, extremely exciting to read.
An enjoyable read, this novel is. Even though, the title hints about the wife, she has nothing to do with the story at all. This novel is a cultivation novel that leans toward scheming, plotting and kingdom building, with a little bit of comedic moment. * Heavy Spoiler* The author is just tired of this novel, so the ending is extremely rush. MC just skipped all cultivation realms and became a god. Wars end, villains killed, created another universe and everyone lives happily ever after... WTF, did I just read, and it's the end.
Brought straight to you by MTL. The quality is so bad to the point that a toddler can do better. The story has some potential, if you don't think so much about everything and enjoying the journey. It's kinda good mixture of adventure theme and game theme. Since you didn't get to know anything about who the mc is neither his goal, the character design has nothing to mention. It gave me the same feeling as I randomly open a MMORPG steaming where the steamer is farming loots. I dropped it, and not recommend this thing.
Dropped this thing long time ago. But couldn't help give a review, due to a fanboy replied my comment with toxicity. This novel has a very bad character design beyond hope. MC usually act stupidly, has no patience and no outstanding quality. the more you read, the more frustrating you gonna get. not worth reading.
Don't want to continue anymore, huh? Mr. toxic2147
I'm not done, I can do this to someone insulting people through their pitiful believe all day. trick? by what small amount of gold? how desperate one have to be to get trick like that? isn't it the same as force? English is not my first language, but I can still give you an example. Increasing tax is a trick that "force" desperate farmers fight for their life.
in a world where super powers existed. give money to the weak without power isn't that killing them? they're forced or tricked to fight by powerful people for benefits after all.
Force or trick is a matter of word. these farmers aren't meant for war, but they're here, why? because they have to.
And stop those farmers pawn will definitely anger the lords, creating an enemy. While farmers going to war still doesn't have anything to do with money, but their higher-ups forcing them.
What use of money to proclaimed self- sustainable farmers. it's useless too. if they're not self-sustainable then money will be super short term solution, or may not help at all.
then giving them won't stop them from fighting, right? they'll just getting extra.
what is the point of gain more, you said so that money is useless and it's useless in this world more than ours.
If I'm self sufficient, I won't risk my life.
BTW I don't believe in god. which ever god you meant, doesn't give me a job. He/she is only serve as a mental fortitude. It isn't a bad thing but isn't a must to have. A CEO is not my god, he gave me orders, I completed them and get paid. I feel grateful that he hired me and won't plan to betray him.
Then it's a different point of view, fine by me. But fyi, I used to sell in-game money and the profit is good too. If you think finding a job for jobless will make them betrayed you then I feel sorry for you. If I have no choice and desperate to pick a weapon to fight for my life, a few coin that pretty useless in that world won't stop me from continue to risk my life either. So what the point besides a waste of space in a novel, a useless filler.
of course no one gonna rob mc. the farmers may not be as lucky as he is though.
