I really think you have some misunderstandings in Norman and Harry's character. Norman is ambitious, yes he does many of the things he did for cure. But he is not an understanding reasonable man you are making him be. And Harry, well he is a kid, with potential? maybe. But right now he wouldn't be this strong in character and couldn't control the company without external help. THis is purely my opinion of the characters. I just feels you are making over good of the osborns
