She was abducted against her will, and kept confined, again, against her will... Only after months in captivity did stockholm syndrome start to set-in. Having Stockholm syndrome does not change the fact that she was kidnapped. P.S. Abduct is synonyms of kidnap, it doesn't matter if she was taken against her will in her home, or outside of it... it's still kidnapping. She was her maid, someone he saw as a little sister (his words) yet she gets abducted and he sits around doing nothing, no even worse playing video games π€¬

The fact that his favorite beers being Doppelbock and Oktoberfest did not exist yet in this world was a damn shame. Unfortunately, it would take him at least a year to brew the first batch of Doppelbock and close to it for Oktoberfest. Berengar was in a moral dilemma, though it was common for children to drink in this time period, as there was no drinking age. Berengar could not help but have a nagging voice in the back of his head from his 21st-century memories telling him it was illegal to supply minors with alcohol. Lambert played along to Berengar's tune perfectly, and the young lord could not get enough of it. He supposed he had Linde to thank for this juicy scene. By not directly admitting to Lambert being the father, Linde was essentially leaving a door open for Berengar to claim the child as his own later in life. Something in which the young woman was adamant about making a reality. She has been supporting MC a lot more than his legal fiancee, and even saved his life multiple times. I really hope he marries her in the future, she definitely deserves a public spotlight besides her man. I mean he's planning on becoming emperor, and even reforming the church... So why can't he sneak-in polygamy in his reforms? π€¨
Linde did not know what to say after hearing such a speech; either Berengar was a mad man, or he truly had the capability to change the world. Personally, she did not care if the Church's power over these lands collapsed and supported the rising ambitions of the man beside her. After finishing his wine, the two stripped off their lavish attire and embraced each other in the dark of night.
