Bloodblossoms2dCommentedThere was an episode of Minato in the 3rd war using it, his acted like a becon he could lock onto and appear with in a certain radius around it, he was fighting guys from Kumo and maybe Biller Bee. iIthink the main diffrence was in the sensing of the marks. Tobirama's was limited to he own sensing range as massive as thay was, and he could sense every mark in that range. Minato's had long distance, he could tell where any of his marks were. If i had to guess i would say all of minato's tags where conected and he had one on he he could use to connect to all the other marks.

so psionics would be the 'mage' which uses psionic energy to use different types of psionic ablities and a psyker would be a specialist awakening something like pyromancy, but they can only use pyromancy?
This would give him the capability to fight in prolonged battles far longer than average Warrior, Psionicists, or Psyker could; not to mention, at the altered date, he would be able to spam many attacks of Psionic nature without any problem.
