Harry hadn't seen one before, but the records of Kamar-Taj described them as, 'Mortals the Watchers used to observe things without the need to interact with them.' The Watchers wouldn't be able to see Harry but this informant could tell them about him so Harry decided it was best to avoid the man. Watcher Informants were gifted an aura which allowed them to blend in and prevent people from questioning their presence wherever they were. Without the ability to sense energy, a mind guarded through advanced Psionics, and the protection of the Phoenix, sensing the aura would not have been possible for Harry and without the records of Kamar-Taj, he wouldn't be able to recognize it for what it was anyway. Well, she does like to say she's going to break peoples legs quite often, and with Nora, you can never really tell if it's hyperbole or not...
So Nora would quite gladly smash her knees in and hold the bitch down by the hair and let Cobalt exact any vengeance he desired on her. For people who don't get it, think of it like slowing down his level ups, so he can get more stat points.

For a first story, this is absolutely AMAZING!
[A/N: Aaaaaaaand END! If you are confused about the last part, think of Seth getting himself "too much" into his role like what happened previously. It's not permanent, so don't freak out e.e. As a final note, I wanted to thank every single one of my readers for reading and supporting this book as you have been doing. At the moment of publishing this chapter, it would be one full year since I started writing. I honestly didn't think I would keep posting for this long. I admit there were many times where I thought of dropping, be it due to stress, lack of motivation, sh*t like the fake report, or simply bad comments in general. I know I am not the best - this is my first book after all - but I still want to again thank all of those who encourage me with your words each time I publish a chapter (Trust me, it means a lot). With the Winter Soldier leading their way, it would take no longer than an hour to arrive there, but attacking under bright daylight would be very risky. They had to stay in hiding until the night curtain fell upon the earth.
