It is a chill and relaxed story with hints of the supernatural (system and qi), but the ending is very disappointing as the author most likely just stopped writing and had the story end in one chapter. And the mc is very mild and not very decisive. it's a disappointing story, and the translation quality js pretty subpar (think of mtl with some half-arsed english writing ability).
shows that this translation group is so tardy and uses mtl
from one battle to the next there is no preparation, which is a sign of intelligence and common sense. however, the mc relies on the almighty plot armor to survive. this, in itself, shows that the story's character and world has a lack of depth. becoming closer to how dragonball z works....by the power of plot armor, i mean feelings, the mc will always power up. the mc isn't some naive child, unless the author wants him to be....sigh, another one bites the dust
took the words out of my mouth. this is not the 18th century....holy f, who is this precocious simpleton?? no wonder he's just a delivery guy
what a great quote
nice alpha moment bro
holy mother of....fatty is a pro. let me hug this master's thigh
this is really a hidden gem covered by loads of cliche xianxia and black-bellied novels. i think it's like a breathe of fresh air that there isn't strong focus on face smacking nor pig eating tiger nor black bellied moments just a reasonably decisive MC with a gold finger. the world is situated the current world date with real people and places in china and worldwide. it's steaped in some nationalistic fantasies but it's not as prejudiced as other works. it's generally interesting to see technologies and science themes and is like rare gems among all the xianxia, eastern-fantasy hogwash here on webnovel. where less popular reads like horror/thriller themed, technological themed, cyberpunk themed stories are side lined all the time. this story really needs a good translator, after chapter 115, the quality becomes almost like mtl.
yup a confirmed victim on the spectrum
well the author must be a teenager....their storytelling and logical reasoning is so subpar.
nobody has said their names yet, how does he know her name? plot hole?
