from chapter 1 to here, i read a lot of unrelated stuff which does not even contribute to the whole development of the plot, like on this chapter, more than half of it describes the use of the stalk or there were parts where it expalins the features of the monsters and thier abilities. this kind of infos could have been stated briefly and go over with the fight and end it right there, theres no need for a 2 to 3 chapters for that. frankly, i skip all those explanations and just reads the dialogue parts. i hope the author focuses more on the MC, the author can give a POVs for the side characters but make it short don’t make it 2 to 3 chapters long, half to one chapter is enough already.

The story is quite interesting, and i was quite amazed how long every chapter was. But upon continuous reading, the explanation just goes on and on, it's like 40% main story and 60% explanation on how things work, what that thing is, etc. This made me skip a couple of paragraphs, but still get the gist of the story. So author-nim, please omit the long-winded explanation, and unnecessary inclusions.

Shit, they're really after Flare. And they know that announcing their objective in front of the entire village will turn the people against us. The people in the village are mostly ignorant, and that's what makes them fearsome. Ignorant people are the worst, as it was shown in the entire history of the world because they make choices on a matter they don't understand and by doing that, they are just ruining things for other people. And usually, they feel good about themselves because they think that they did the right thing when most often than not, the only thing they do is cause suffering.
