ashax2yrPostedGood stuff, still waiting for the next book/ sequel. Before returning to this book to give my score, I was reading the author’s other work which is being translated with a different setting to LoTM - ‘embers ad Infinitum’ - but with many similar elements as well. EaI feels less focused and different, with me reading it on and off, unlike LOTM where I kept on wanting to read the next chapter as soon it was available.

The movie theatre is more of a brainwashing facility than a pilgrimage site IMO. But I guess with how extreme and opinionated people can be nowadays through the influences of different forms of media, I’m not surprised anymore 😅🤷🏼♂️
