as much as there are people who are like you who'd do something like this, there are still quite a lot of people that won't act like that
Prime example of a low-quality author, hope it doesn't happen again
If the monsters with these abilities targeted the city now they could conquer it in a matter of days considering the cities current strength. MC said they would appear later but if he is not even confident enough to defend against them when he made all the knowledge public and gained points/strenght at the maximum amount he could ever get then he will never be able to defeat them which brings the whole point down. Plus he does not need to make his name wide-spread, he can just find a way to only let the top few bras know and distribute and no one would know where did this information comes from.
Average weight of an ***** human brain is about 1.3kg so even if the monsters biology is drastically different, for their brain to amount about several tons their total weight should be in hundreds of thousands of tons. Not to mention the regular terrain can't handle a beast like this and not considering the fact that it would need to eat tons of meat at it's every meal which would dry the surrounding are of it's population, even if it could, a monster with this mass would be massive and could just trample through the city destroying everythin along it's path. They wouldn't have a chance to defend against it whether it knows mental attacks or not as it's body would be enough. These little but absolutely illogical explanations makes me feel irritiated.
He says this but on the first day he makes all his knowledge about future wide-spread he'll gather enormous amount of points which will convert into strength. He does not need to worry about monsters that will pop up in the future since if he can't be strong enough to beat them even when he explained all the future knowledge and get the strenght from it along with everyone else, he'll never be strong enough by doing it anonymously little by little so the end will be the same, city getting destroyed. But if he gets strong enough and makes the city stronger as well enough to fight back just by anonymously spreading information, then he can just openly distribute it and get even stronger along with everyone else. Too obvious of a plot hole, author just wants MC to deal with small shrimps all the way like his classmate or this shen and qin guy. What's the point?
I don't understand why he doesn't just go to higher ups and inform them of his identity? Yes it may sound crazy but so does a city transmigrating to another world, plus he can prove it with all the information about the world they are in, events that will happen, monsters they don't know about and the skills from the future. As for him being in danger because of this? They are in a place where they can die at any moment so no way he will be threatened for his knowledge what-not. Rather they would protect and develop him at all cost and he will also be able to distrubute his knowledge wide-scale with the help of higher ups so he will get a lot of points with his system and get stronger real fast too.
Humans can do all the work for example in a factory by themselves but we still invent robotics to make them work instead of us, why? Convenience
exactly the reason i don't particularly like system novels, it's authors way of saying "I'm a lazy bum who can't bother to make a detailed story line and will just dump everything onto system to progress the story"
so the guy spend a whole 16 hours just by flying around with nothing else to do without a break? i'd say if he had this kind of willpower he wouldn't have become trash before going back in time 🤷♀️
not too strong? uhh, ok.
i've read it quite a while ago so don't remember the exact site but i remember that i've searched in google a lot to find the translated version. it's not a popular LN work so it's pretty hard to find.
but what if 🤷♀️ i mean why risk it
Guys, let me tell first that the mc is a pyscopath, he doesn't care about others, he lusts for power just for the sake of being powerfull. Why? because it makes him feel alive, it's his reason to live on and keep going and he ain't letting others stand in his path, whether they are good guys or bad guys. This is what i like about this novel, there's no bullshit mc that rants about "i'll do anything to protect my loved ones!" and keeps on going massacring sects and clans while acting as if he's right. this mc does massacres yes, but he's no hyprocrite, he says thst he can do anything to become stronger and he does it and thats what i like about him. It's an honest story, there's no harem or romance and there's not baggage that mc has to care for, what you'll be reading is the life of a single man that just keeps on going no matter what happens which reminds me of Reverend Insanity. This story is not for the kids that likes against the gods kind of bullshit so read only if you're interested in dark fantasy type
with all due respect, you're a kid. you're talking as if humanity itself is a good thing but don't you know that humans are the most harmful existince this world has ever seen? if ask me what is human, i would call this mc the perfect definiton of human, greed for power, dominance over others, always wanting for more and only exhausts resources while giving nothing in return. we're living in a sheltered environment in our present age which by early education and social rules and justice repress our base instincts as humans, becoming a brainswashed factory products as technology progress. the most fitting description of humanity was seen in middle ages where humans were completely free to do what they do and we can see from history that human life was only as important as grass, a plaything for the powerfull. now i'm not saying this is good and our present is bad, it's the opposite of course but that doesn't change the fact that we humans will in the slightest opportunity crush other peoples lives just for the sake of feeling better, stronger, more important than them. so don't rant about as if humanity is a good thing, because i can see that your humanity is all flowers and fairy tales whereas the truth is the opposite
at first i thought this was just another typical korean novel with an overpowered mc and those sss grade bullshit type of thing, but oh boy i was wrong. This has nothing to do with the other korean novels i read, it's theme is darker and the mc isn't the confident happy go type like the other types, he is, with one word, stubborn. He isn't too smart or too stupid, he doesn't have well thought plans or things like cheats that will help him in difficult situations which might give him confidence, no this mc is just so single-minded that he continues to walk his road even when others calls him mad or crazy, even when he knows he'll lose important things to him be it friends or feelings which makes even me, a reader, to cuss him out sometimes because he's so stubborn. Now aside from the mc, the writing quality is also incredible in which it can make you feel the characters emotions and strugless be it the mc or unimportant side characters, the world building is also novel which isn't like simple low-mid-high dimensional space where mc goes higher the stronger he gets, of course he move towards the stronger entities the stronger he gets just not like other cultivation novels. I wasn't expecting much when i first started but it hooked me up in just a few chapters, if you're hesitating whether to start this or not just read the first 10 chapters, you'll definitely like it unless you're looking for simp mc's who constantly slap enemis and hug beauties kind of thing.
i don't understand how he accepted little green creatures so quickly even feeling love and respect towards them, just his monster instinct doesn't explain it to this degree in my opinion
