yea, this logic is so belittling. As if women are not humans that have thoughts and feelings. But yet if she were to "have dessert" she'd be condemned and looked down on. if not worse in that area. The hypocrisy with which men operate is astounding

okay, i really don't like Music and her antics. It's not cute, it is theft and i really don't like how this story makes it out to be something trivial.
Not to mention, Elder Song was already overworked, so anything that could lessen his burden a bit and allow him to focus more of his time on cultivating was a good thing. Although Xuan Hao doubted that he would spend this extra time to cultivate. Instead, he felt it was more likely that he would be using the time on some kind of new project related to the strengthening of the sect.

Instead, he felt that it was more likely for it to be because someone powerful from this demonic sect found he had some kind of special bloodline or divine physique suited for demonic cultivation and wanted to nurture him to take it for themselves at a later point in time.
