They dont need to participate in chitauri war because they gonna get into hydra/shield radar. And even if they became hero, they gonna became criminal with sokovia agreement, so better to be low key and get stronger

His chakra volume is already high, also with his high physical body that already break its limit. Naruto is only half uzumaki, while he got a good chakra volume, its not as good as full uzumaki, he got a huge volume mostly because kurama, where he is trying to control kurama chakra so it didnt intervere with his chakra, so he cant use it all. Also, chakra controll matter, you know naruto got the worst chakra control where he cant event make clone, so what didnt say that his control of his S jutsu sucks and can only do it with high chakra, maybe that is why he always only use rasengan and shadow clone, because he can master them

Maybe if his martians is difference, in which they need to listen to their prognitor and have some kind of blood chain bind or something, where they cant disobey their creator
