It's was already meh with that hero complex, but now it went completely downhill...

From first few chapters it looks like a well writing story, however it's not for my taste. I find "puppet" (controlled by some being or system in the dark) MC quite dislikeable.

Why would anyone complain about that... Mc is not even that dark, more like neutral good, so there is no reason to cry over it. Would prefer him to be more dark and cruel, but it's not going to happen..

Is it dropped? Liked the setting of Lord of the mysteries, but I couldn't handle the original MC, he was just stupidly kind and caring. So it would be nice to see this fanfiction continuation

City Lord versus Mc would be interesting, also mc taking control of dark guild also would be fascinating. About the romance, not really important, he can be alone for what I care, or fuxk and forget would also do the trick
