No. Gentle Step Twin Lion Fists is a Hidden Taijutsu derived from Gentle first of Hyuuga. Hinata has to me a perfect chakra control, that lead her to master the Main branch only gentle first technique. Think of it as advance gentle first. The skill effect is only from chakra manifestation not yin, yang or nature transformation. Just pure chakra like when Guy use his technique when opening gates (weaker than Guy jutsu ofc).
