I risk sounding clueless and inattentive but wasn't this a book about an immortal establishing his house and increasing his power in planetos. For me, it's like the mc moved to Winterfell and married a Stark and then the book started focusing on the things around the mc while barely mentioning his actions and development as a passing thought. Please help me if I lost track of the plot somewhere.
+1. But I would rather have consistent releases, that you can sustain. It's sad to find intriguing stories and suddenly the author discontinues due to lack of planning, unsustainable schedule, or loss of interest in the project. Thus my suggestion is to take the time to plan out the world-building character development, and story arcs and make a backlog of chapters as a buffer for when you face real-world problems. We understand that authors have lives aside from just writing but we would also like to avoid investing time in something you yourself as the author aren't invested in. So I implore you to please take your time and make this work. I really like what I've read so far. Keep up the good work.[img=recommend] :)
The novel is pretty good quality compared to many others on this platform and I commend you, author. This is probably just me but the story is really dragging. we're 32 chapters in and it's like there has been little progress since chapter 18. I understand you're trying to build up the mc's character leading up to the 20th century and canon time but it's not very engaging. please understand that this is just my opinion and you can disagree, either keep up the good work.
I've noticed this in earlier chapters but the name keeps changing from "John" to "Luke" or "Lucas". English may not be your first language but this is something you could fix by doing a read through after translating the chapter.
