the izanagi lore doesn't sound right. izanagi rewrites history at the cost of it. it works using even normal sharingan. it isn't reusable, else danzo wouldn't have implanted so many into his arms. what you described as kagami's mangekyu sounds weaker the same as what a normal sharingan can do. maybe if it were reusable it would make sense. or if it could change something far back in history, or something . but as you made it, the power doesn't fit as a mangekyu ability.
