Hiya, sorry for the long reply. Been really bad with reading reviews and comments. Currently, I don't have any solid plans for after RWBY, I do have ideas though. Superhero, (basically a blend of My hero and other superhero stories) Bleach, A few fantasy concepts, even a zombie apocalypse and possibly even a crossover world for Sci-fi. To name a few.

Yeah, I'll be making Noah less of a wuss really soon, so you can expect that to be fixed up. It's also one of the things I plan to tweak on in any future rewrite/reworks. And with him having the merchantthe monsters will also be bumping up in number. Fights... I'm not sure how that's going to work. I haven't really considered this a particulalry 'action' filled story, but there's likely to be something... eventually... once he gets some monstergirl guards.

I'm working on the assumption that Yang, Blake, Weiss and any other 1st years would be more college age just to fit in the age up of RWBY. 21 likely is too old, so I'd say anywhere from having just turned 20 or soon to turn 21.
