Do you happen to be in the er gen verse server? Many of us honestly just went and finished the novels without needing the translation. Not like they did homework on previous works anyway, most of the connection to them were provided by us even in the 900-ish Human Translated chapters for World Within One's Grasp (awwp). And now it's back but with MTL quality, so edited MTL we read is much superior to chapters WN is pumping out these days.

Well, hello. Sure but I'm not sure why comment this here since we do know and agree that those in er gen usually have context behind them and Synopsis Drops happen in the novel. That said, even if it wasn't er gen, my issue is that the actual synopsis is much better than a completely made up nonsensical one. I am aware of the "wow this synopsis is useless" meme and agree to it to an extent. But that's still better than a zero effort one. They even made up the so-called "quote", and the process of the journey. On top of it spoiled the premise in a way that could have been done with much more subtlety. But unfortunately they're no Deathblades in this regard I guess. The quality itself is literal MTL in any case, you're unironically better off reading the fan-edited mtl.

Yeah, agreed. And I doubt anyone would agree for this abomination of a synopsis to be used honestly. Like, what the hell is this. Even the supposed line of the synopsis that's implied to come from the MC didn't lmao. When the synopsis came out I was already caught up with the novel (20ish chaps back then), that.. was never uttered. And worse is that we don't know how to contact the translator. Ugh.
