Hmmm? Women walking topless in a beach is something not that uncommon in real life.
This world was so lax on the ethics and morals of the earth of my first life, that there were some women even walking around the beach topless. But I guess that was to be expected in a world where humans lived alongside creatures with powers reminiscent of gods, and literal children were allowed to travel to battle and train them.
