just letting you know that the math is wrong here. for one it would be cubic metres since it is three dimensional. secondly it would be 1000 cubic metres not 100. 10x10x1 would be 100 cubic metres.

yer that makes sense. just be sure to use the proper meaning, just saying starmie isn't the fastest when it is in gen 1 can get confusing

that's not how that would work it doesn't go off the base stat but the actual stats of the Pokemon mega mawile attack stat is only 105 with investment is 339 but with huge power it boosts its attack stat all the way up to 678 which gives it an effective base attack of 259. so with that taken into account Persian with a max investment special stat is 251 but with feline prowess would double to 502. for context mega Mewtwo y special stat is 194 with a stat totally 535 maxed out. this persian effectively has a special stat of 180 which is higher the mega Alakazam at 175 or 493.

what do you mean starmie isn't the fastest? starmie has a speed stat of 115 even today it's still one of the top 30 fastest water type Pokemon. even in gen 7 the only water Typer faster was greninja and water plate Arceus.
