10 (base consumption) + 50% for every additional hit (total 30, so 29 are additional) so it's 10+(29x5) = 155 (the math checks out) But the problem here actually is that it should only be 2 meter around the target the lightning spell hit, so it shouldn't be able to hit all 30 wolves (since they obviously aren't all bundled up together) The way the passive was worded didn't sound like it would proc each time a target suffered lightning damage, that it would continue to proc.

to be honest, i think the "will disappear in 10 seconds after combat" means 10 seconds after the combat has ended he will lose all the saved Ultimates, not that their effects disappear.

I guess this just means that the first effect (burning MP) is for the entire 60 seconds and the second effect (double burning damage to HP?) lasts for 5 seconds (which only procs if the MP hits 0)

Nope, 12 is correct. It was level 1 already when it got unlocked/added with the item, it didn't start at level 0. Level 1 24h cd, Level 2 21h cd, Level 3 18h cd, Level 4 15h cd, Level 5 12h cd. I don't know why you nitpick at everything and think the author is always wrong, maybe check your math skills first.. (and your memory)

It does state 'in terms of maneuvering skills alone'.. So this here does not mean combat power in anyway, just maneuvering SKILLS, which has nothing to do with talent, lol.

The cooldown time it shows there should be the one without the '-90% Cooldown time' buff so with a cd of 24h the actual cd is 2,4h
