Story is fine for when you just want to shut your brain off and have a good laugh. World building is okay, could've done with more details but no issue there. Character design/development starts off pretty good and very quickly starts to devolve into your typical cultivation novel where instead of the humble protagonist, the MC becomes the arrogant jerk. Big minus. My biggest peeve is actually the writing quality in general. No glaring grammatical mistakes but the way things are described are simply just lazy. Just to point out one specifically, seriously, stop using the word "magisterial". Just stop. The overuse is ridiculous and the word itself is long enough that I register it even in my braindead state. TLDR; Worth a read but maybe only up till chapter 400~500. Writing hurts your brain. Story is okay when you don't want to think.
