I’m really liking the way you’re writing Luna’s character it’s a refreshing change from loony lovegood to how she has abilities to see deeper into the magical world. I hope Harry gets his hands on the rest of the stuff in the chamber of secrets but what I would have like to see is Lockhart getting exposed as a fraud even if he didn’t end up in st Mungos long term ward.

Just started reading this today and I love the new path you have taken with Harry! I would like to see him explore more practical magic like wards and household magic like Molly does at home when he is able to. I also hope that you pick better subjects for him in the 3rd year. No one needs to be subjected to professor trelawney again. Also not have hagrid as a teacher but as an animal handler/assistant which would make it a better subject that Harry and Hermione have to take to protect buckbeak. I look forward to reading more of this novel

This is an interesting story so far and I hope you continue writing this book, the best ideas for you that I have at the moment are, have him use an unexpected weapon not just a sword or war hammer perhaps a tetsubo or a staff along with his crossbow. have him learn some practical magic like a bit of healing and battle magic. I would suggest not having an amazing tamed beast for a while or one with great potential as that is getting to be very common and I would like to see him in larger than average height whilst in the starter city so people in his future party aren’t shocked and the last thing I would have him develop his perception or find skills/abilities about sight. Hope these help but if they aren’t going to work that’s not an issue either way okay! Happy new year

I had an idea that might help you with your problem with Aedan being that powerful. Have him visit the department of mysteries and find out the impact of circumventing a prophecy and have it be very dangerous to Aedan and Harry and then maybe have some artefact show him the consequences of messing with Voldemort

I think it’s Prince Philip that is behind this or Malfoy but that’s a bit too obvious to me

I hope this issue with his magic gets sorted out fast
