Something like this, especially with quantum mechanics is absolutely plausible. welcome to reality.

Well your finger in your hand works.. well, did it more than enough using a hand to tell time is easy. plus, just looking at the level of the sun is easy enough too and spot on for me. Also, technically with bilogical manipulation, something that certain animals possess, and a human can learn via mind over matter. Literally logic, if such and such is possible... Then logically the rest is possible.
