A good unique spin on the Isekai'd into a different world the Mc isnt the same cut and repeat character. He is shown to be intelligent instead of repeated being told he is a genius. Also the character building has already gone beyond 99% of novels on here, Instead of muhahaha Im evil many bad guys have reasons for doing or becoming what they are, which is something many novels lack. I would recommend.

While I agree that the workout is impossible, the nobles in this world probably don't heavily invest in anyone individually until they are determined to have magic potential. While parents probably use there own funds to boost their kids magic potential, it would be ridiculous for a house or organization to invest heavily before they can determine someone starting talent level.
Derik and other commoners fared better than the nobles in this training. They already experienced hardship, even though this could be regarded as a higher level of hardship but they still had an advantage. The nobles were better at archery training because of the basic training which they got when they were younger, but none of them were used to hard labor.
