The story is okay, but the author's keyboard doesn't seem to have any commas. As a result, it can be really hard to read especially on longer sentences. I thought it would be fixed at later chapters but it isn't for some reason.

probably mean that the cat is her master (she is a servant for the cat) or something like that
No. Even when luffy helped her, with scene that was much much better than this, nami didn't fall for him. there is no way she would fall for the MC with just this.
Then why did you give such thing to your grand disciple? There is basically no reason to do this. He kind of just cut off her future cultivation path, and such thing would usually cause a life and death grudge. And if she actually is a protagonist, then she would find out in the future and take revenge if it's a usual novel.I can understand if he gave this to the other protagonist to cut off their future, but this protagonist is the closest in term of relationship to him, so why? Hopefully the answer wouldn't be disappointing.
Why is he so bloodthirsty? There doesn't seem to be any reason for him to kill them?
My mom actually did visit me in my dormitory, and like that other person said, the dormitory is a thrid party that cooperated with the college. But, it was a different city from my hometown so it's natural for my mom to visit when she went to the city, I guess. But even if it's in the same city, I think any parents would like to at least inspect and look at the place their child would leave for the next several years. at the very least, they would ask their child to send them photos of the place, but jerry should be able to fool them in that situation.I get his reasoning of jerry making things complicated though since he'd need to make new lies everytime something unexpected happens. But he might not take into account that he'd need lie a lot more if he still live in the same house as his family.
No, hero would not sacrifice you but sacrifice themselves to save everyone. But it's more difficult to save everyone so they might end up losing everyone instead, I guess.
You think her way of thinking is mature? Okay then.
I don't think so. A real highschool student wouldn't be so fixated on accomplishment when choosing their partner like her. Highschool students from what I saw and experienced cared more about how they feel and not how their partner's future look like. They also wouldn't just start antagonizing their neighbor and longtime friend like she is doing now. Her character is actually pretty weird. If you read the first 1-3 chapters, she wasn't like this. Yes, she did get mad at the MC for telling her that her boyfriend is bad. But that is natural since that would be the person she likes. And then she apologized and tried to have her friendship with him back which is also something irl people would do. But all of a sudden she started to act like a villain and her character suddenly become an arrogant girl who ignored the MC talking to her.
