So it's about legitimacy? I don't really know how it is in the Philippines but in my country you have a governmental department that is supposed to review stuff like this and give you a license because of safety regulations (you also need to fill a patent for this) At the end.... solar panels need to connect to your house electricity system so to sell it you must pass a review because it could be really dangerous if everyone can sell what ever they want....
