It does not make sense, if he is this practiced he has to have a lot of experience but we have never seen or heard anything. nope, high valyrian is what they spoke in valyria low valyrian is what as he said is what they spoke on valyrian colonys like volantis and free city pentos, lys, tytosh etc all speak their pwn version/dialect of high valyrian
I can speak Valyrian high and low as my chosen languages which is a steal because low Valyrian is like ten languages, one for each colony of the Valyrian Freehold I believe.
